Science should be appetizing!
Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in Sushi Science. My name is Janelle, and I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow at Johns Hopkins University. I study how brain function is associated with mood and treatment outcomes in people who have chronic pain. I am also a self-taught sushi artist.
Sushi Science's goal is to be an educational resource, so I'm always happy to share pictures and videos for lecture use. Please let me know if you have any topic suggestions, feedback, or video/picture requests by contacting me through email or Instagram.
See the most recent posts below, and use the tabs above to navigate through specific content. I generally add posts on a weekly basis, so check back for updates regularly!
